Chris Sturgeon is a an actor/writer and occasional /stand-up comic hailing from the great state of Texas. Chris has been writing and performing comedy for over ten years in some way, shape or form since taking his first improv class in Austin, where he also attended college at the University of Texas, majoring in Theater and Radio-TV-Film.


Chris recently wrote for the 2017 D.I.C.E. Awards (an annual video game industry award show) and was a writer for the 2015 and 2016 CBS Diversity Comedy showcase. On the acting front, you can see Chris in the indie sci-fi thriller TIME TRAP and as a recurring lead in the web series COUPLES.


Outside of performing and writing, Chris somehow maintains a day job in entertainment industry. He got his start as an NBC Page Program which led to a job at NBC's Digital Studio. He most recently worked as Director of Development at Ryan Seacrest Productions where he helped develop, package and sell TV shows under the world renowned host's name and brand. Chris is now working freelance to focus solely on his acting and writing career.  :(
